From a reception ceremony for the novices of various public universities ISCA voiced for the quota reformation. As the chief guest in the program, the central president and the meritorious student of the Dhaka University Mr. Sheikh Fazlul Karim Maruf says. – “instead of taking steps for discriminatory quota reformation the government has been deceiving with the general students even After the clear statement of the prime minister, “there will be no quota” in the Parliament. The government has left the right path, and on general students, they have been subjected to Pakistani violence. We would like to see a logical solution to the problem of the quota. The government will have to pay the extreme price if the student community if they fail to understand the pulse of the society”.

Newly admitted 1st semester students of Dhaka University, Jagannath University, Jahangirnagar University, BUET, Duet, got the warm reception. In the speech of the President, Central Public University secretary urged the students to come forward to pursue constructive politics in the form of discrimination and good governance.

Sheikh Fazlul Karim Maruf also said, on the one hand, merit should be evaluated to build a talent-based administration, in the same time involvement of the ethnic minorities of the country also needed. So, there is a need to reform the quota so that both the interests are protected. False tricks and repression will not bring anything good in this regard.
